Business Development and Public Relations Associate

• You have experience within or an affinity for PR and/or BD in our field,

• You have an affinity with the KCAP portfolio,

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business development, graphic design, communication, digital media, or a relevant design degree in architecture or urbanism,

• You have 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience,

• You are available for 32-40 hours,

• You can handle work pressure resulting from short deadlines and potential unexpected planning changes well,

• You can operate independently, maintain a helicopter view, and know how to make connections,

• Experience with writing/editing texts and producing print and online content is a plus,

• You have an affinity with AI and know how to use it responsibly in your daily activities,

• You are proficient in both Dutch and English and feel comfortable and skilled in both languages, and proficiency in French and/or German is a plus,

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), CRM, CMS, and Social Media is a plus.

For our team in Rotterdam, we are looking for an associate for our Business Development and PR team.

Are you an all-rounder in business development and public relations?

Do you also have an affinity and/or experience with architecture, urbanism, and landscape design: then we are looking for you!

You will work at our office in Rotterdam in the Business Development & PR team. You will work closely with three colleagues from this team, partners, and project leaders on the acquisition, profiling, and visibility of KCAP. Within the team, you are the backbone that ensures the other team members can do their work. In this role, you ensure that the data structure is in order, BD and PR materials are available, and you help organize the workflow within the team. Additionally, you assist with various BD and PR activities. Due to our disciplines of urbanism, architecture, landscape architecture, and the many nationalities of our colleagues, there is a lot of diversity in your work.

• Creating, organizing, and structuring data and documentation for the benefit of BD and PR activities,

• Helping to shape and fill in the BD and PR activity workflow,

• Daily contact with partners and project leaders to collect information for future BD and PR activities,

• Maintaining CRM data,

• Graphic work to support BD and PR colleagues,

• Assisting in the rollout and execution of the communication strategy and workflow,

• Supporting the publication of press releases, press kits, newsletters, and PR campaigns,

• Supporting acquisition activities, tenders, award submissions, events, lectures, exhibitions, presentations, office tours, etc.
