- You are customer-oriented and handle questions and complaints in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner.
- You can analyze data, complaints, and process information, recognize trends, and report clearly about them.
- You take ownership, think in terms of opportunities, and work out improvement proposals independently.
- You enjoy working together, communicate honestly and clearly, and always look for a simple, efficient, and smart solution.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- A gross salary between €3028.80 and €4,326.40 per 4-week period, based on 40 hours per week.
- Converted to a monthly salary, this amounts to approximately €3,281 to €4,687 gross per month.
- 30 vacation days (with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days) and 8% holiday allowance. You build up a pension through participation in the Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het Levensmiddelenbedrijf (Industry Pension Fund for the Food Industry).
- Room for entrepreneurship, growth, and development. Not only in your job but also via our Jumbo Academy, online training via GoodHabitz, and with a training budget.
- A (di)verse lunch in our canteen, good coffee, and fresh fruit.
- Various colleague discounts, such as a 10% discount on your groceries (max. €325 per year).
The role
No two days are the same, but your goal remains clear: ensuring the online operation works reliably and customers are helped well. You analyze, coordinate, and improve. And in doing so, you always keep an eye on what is happening behind the numbers.
You are a curious problem solver who not only sees *that* something is going wrong, but also wants to know why. You work carefully, remain friendly when things get tense, and dare to take responsibility. Your expertise is recognized and your ideas are given the space to truly make our online operation better.
What you'll do
- You handle telephone, written, and digital questions, reports, and complaints quickly and friendly. You assess them, handle them independently, or forward them to the correct party and monitor that the root cause is resolved.
- You bundle quality issues, recognize trends, and implement improvement actions. For example, in the case of striking numbers of replacement products or recurring customer complaints.
- You monitor whether processes are carried out according to agreement, such as the processing of packaging, driving according to the bus schedule, and the follow-up of bus inspections. You report on deviations and help solve them.
- You monitor the quality of data in our systems and maintain it where necessary. In this way, you ensure, for example, that the dimensions of items are recorded correctly.
- You monitor the quality of processes and their influence on customer satisfaction. You also coordinate temperature measurements where necessary and, in the event of deviations, implement actions to protect the cold chain for fresh and frozen products.
- You manage supplies for delivery drivers and customer order employees, such as terminals, card payment equipment, fuel cards, and consumables. This ensures the administration is up to date and no one runs short.
- You keep procedures up to date, bring colleagues together when adjustments are needed, and work out improvement proposals. After approval, you help implement these within hubs and e-fulfillment centers.
