Store Manager in the Netherlands

• A gross salary between €3,500 - €5,300 per month based on 40 hours.

As a Store Manager, you are the face of your Jumbo. You ensure everything is correct: from a neat and well-stocked store to top-tier service for your customers.

• Together with the managers, team leaders, and specialists, you create plans to keep the store commercially strong. You analyze figures such as turnover, labor costs, and shrinkage and translate these into concrete improvement actions. Based on the 'Every day better' methodology, you work continuously on optimization.
• It is important to you to be visible on the shop floor. You are approachable for customers and colleagues, and you know your team members. You share your own smart improvements and requests for help with Store Managers and the support team of your sales region, with whom you also collaborate closely.

• You will be working in the Zeeland region. With a view to the closure of the Westerschelde Tunnel in January and the extra travel time this would entail, we are looking for someone living in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
