  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good professional command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Independent, accurate, and a true team player, with the ability to work effectively within an international matrix organization.

The role

Do you want to apply your HR experience within an international organization that is advancing healthcare?

As HR Coordinator Netherlands, you are an important link in our HR services. You ensure that personnel administration and local HR processes are carried out efficiently, carefully, and in line with laws and regulations. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues to provide optimal support to employees and managers.

What you'll do

You are the first point of contact for employees and managers within your area of focus in the Netherlands. You support them with various HR issues and offer practical, solution-oriented guidance. You work independently on daily HR matters and, for more complex topics, coordinate with senior HR colleagues and managers to reach the best approach.

What will you do?

  • Managing the HR administration of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, sickness registration, personnel files, and HR documentation.

  • Proactively monitoring expiring contracts and providing employer statements and references.

  • Supporting managers with the onboarding of new employees.

  • Supporting local HR communication, updating intranet content, and issues regarding labor relations.

  • Building and maintaining strong (national and international) working relationships with HR Shared Services colleagues, the HR Officer, HR Business Partners, other HR specialists, and Centers of Excellence.

  • Advising on Dutch labor law, compliance, HR systems, working methods, and procedures upon request; additionally, supporting and informing managers based on appropriate guidelines.

  • Collaborating with senior HR colleagues on organizational change, such as reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and (international) employee transfers, with an eye for local laws and regulations.

  • Contributing to the daily development and implementation of local and global HR initiatives with minimal supervision.

  • Preparing HR reports and analyses for senior management.

  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement to increase the quality of service, exceed internal expectations, and further strengthen a professional HR organization.
