Would you like to follow an MBO vocational training program with a nationally recognized diploma in the field of retail? At Intertoys, you will learn both in theory and in practice what it means to work as a salesperson or supervisor in a store.

Through Intertoys, it is possible to obtain a nationally recognized MBO diploma in the field of Retail. The training can be followed at the NCVB, part of ROC Tilburg, or via an ROC near you. At Intertoys, it is possible to follow the following levels:

• MBO level 2: Salesperson
• MBO level 3: First-class Salesperson
• MBO level 4: Store Manager

The NCVB is an organization that offers business training from an ROC. Because of this, the training is fully aligned with Intertoys.

Through Intertoys, it is possible to obtain a nationally recognized MBO diploma in the field of Retail. It is possible to follow the following levels:

• MBO level 2: Salesperson
• MBO level 3: Sales Specialist Salesperson
• MBO level 4: Retail Manager

At Intertoys, you will learn in practice what it means to work as a salesperson or supervisor in a store. Together with a sales team, you will achieve top results in the store. You are the face of our store and therefore also the first point of contact for our customers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the presentation of the store. This also includes ordering items yourself, checking the receipt of goods, keeping the warehouse stock in good order, and advising and helping customers with the purchase of items.

You are a smooth and energetic salesperson who wants to work at Intertoys. You find it important to help customers kindly and as well as possible. You are customer-oriented, careful, flexible, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. Additionally, you meet the following expectations:

• You have at least a VMBO-t diploma or an MBO 2 or 3 diploma (depending on the training you wish to follow);
• You are motivated to follow an MBO training program via the NCVB or ROC;
• You are present at all lessons (approximately 1 day every 2 to 3 weeks);
• You are willing to engage in self-study (on average 4 to 6 hours per week);
• You are at least 16 years old;
• You are flexibly deployable regarding tasks and working hours;
• You are a team player.

We offer you the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognized MBO diploma, at our expense! You will receive daily guidance from the branch so that you can successfully complete the training. From the training program, you will be guided by a teacher.

At the NCVB, the training lasts 12 to 18 months (depending on the level of the training) and starts at various times throughout the year. During the training, you work 20 to 32 hours per week in an Intertoys store and spend 1 day per week on your studies. You have a lesson day approximately once every 2 weeks. 100% attendance on lesson days is a requirement to be able to obtain a diploma.

We try to keep the travel time to the lesson location as short as possible. Depending on the number of applications, we choose the most convenient lesson location. Additionally, we record the agreements in a study agreement.

At the ROC, the duration of the training is as determined by the educational institution. You work 20 to 32 hours per week and go to school 1 time per week.
