As our new face (and voice) of customer service, you are not just a 'helpdesk employee'. You are the entrepreneur's ally.

You will find yourself in the heart of our operation. Every day, you will speak with entrepreneurs who are passionate about their craft but need help protecting their dream.

Playing the hero: You answer questions via chat, phone, and email. No scripts, just real conversations.

Building together: Do you notice that customers keep running into the same problem? You flag it and work together with our developers to improve the product.

Onboarding: You help new customers through the process effortlessly, so they are insured within 2 minutes.

Quality above all: You do not strive for 'quick handling', but for a 'stunning experience'.
