Internship HR Advisor & Employability

During this internship, you will work closely with the HR Advisors and Employability Advisor and gain a broad insight into the HR profession:

• You analyze and report on HR KPIs (such as absenteeism, turnover, and employee satisfaction) and contribute ideas for improvements.
• You support HR advice directed towards our stores in the Netherlands and learn how to substantiate this with data and insights.
• You collaborate on various HR projects, such as development, absenteeism, and organization-wide initiatives.
• You help optimize HR processes and contribute to creating a strong employee experience.
• You are part of the Fun, Vital & Happy team and help organize inspiring workshops, sporting activities, and events at our head office
• In short: a versatile internship in which you switch between operations, projects, and advisory.

• You are following a HBO (applied sciences) or WO (university) degree in the direction of HRM or similar (3rd or 4th year)
• You are available at least 4 days per week
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (required due to contact with our stores) and also speak English
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you switch between various tasks and stakeholders.
• You work proactively, accurately, and know how to set priorities well (or want to develop this)
• You are a strong communicator and service-oriented
• Interest in retail makes your profile extra suitable

• Work From Home Policy (WFH): For a 40-hour per week internship, you may work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, work-from-home possibilities may vary to better support your learning and training process.
• Internship Allowance: €450 per month (gross) with 8+ vacation days (based on 40 hours per week).
• Travel Allowance: Max. €23 per day (depending on your travel distance), if you do not qualify for the free Student OV-Chipkaart.
• Extra Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also company events such as Townhalls and drinks.

For this internship, you must be available for at least 5 months starting from September 2026. Please note: your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university throughout the entire internship period. Additionally, to comply with Dutch legislation, one of the following conditions must apply:

• You are an EU citizen.
• You have a family/partner visa.
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
