The role

Sitting still? We don't do that.

Are you someone who prefers being outside rather than sitting indoors? Someone who gets enthusiastic about a game of football, a creative activity, or a spontaneous adventure with a group of children? Then we have a place for you in East Twente!

As a flexible pedagogical professional at the BSO, you will work at various locations in the region. That means plenty of variety, different children and colleagues, and something new every single day. One afternoon you head outdoors, the next afternoon you dive into the craft cupboard with the children. You see possibilities and enjoy getting children caught up in your enthusiasm.

We are looking for someone who is sporty, creative, and entrepreneurial. You don't have to be a top athlete or a professional artist, but you do enjoy being active and coming up with and organizing activities. Being outdoors is part of it as far as we are concerned: playing football, building dens, setting up scavenger hunts, going for a bike ride, or simply discovering what there is to experience around the BSO.

As a flexible professional, you are also someone who switches gears easily. You enjoy getting to know different locations, step into a new team with enthusiasm, and quickly make contact with children. You bring energy, ensure a safe and cozy atmosphere, and give children the space to discover what makes them happy.
