Project Control Manager

Projects in the world of bridges, locks, and flood defenses are becoming increasingly large and complex. Your expertise takes project control to a higher level. You provide structure and strategic direction. Digitalization and process improvement play a major role in this. Together with your team, you work on optimization and professionalization.

As project control manager, you ensure that our projects run in a controlled, predictable, and reliable manner. You maintain an overview of the interconnectedness between processes and drive improvement. For new projects, you lay a solid foundation with clear frameworks, reliable management information, and well-designed control processes. From tender to delivery, you bring structure, perform sharp analyses, and help colleagues in project control to properly apply it within their area of work. Part of your role also includes:

• Directing the optimization of project control processes and ensuring uniform application

• Together with the team, you develop clear standards and work instructions and implement them in practice

• Monitoring the cohesion between requirements management, planning management, risk management, and document management

• You make project risks and deviations visible at an early stage and translate them into concrete control measures

• You use Relatics, SharePoint, and other digital solutions purposefully to further professionalize the department

You work in a structured manner and analyze complex issues quickly and carefully. In doing so, you maintain an overview and remain focused on the strategic goals of projects and the organization. As a leader, you provide clear direction, stimulate collaboration, and help colleagues further their development. You possess:

• A completed HBO or WO degree (civil engineering, technical business administration, project management)

• At least 7 years of experience in project control

• Experience with UAV(-GC) contracts and integral project control

• Experience with Relatics and project control systems

• Decisiveness and strong skills in stakeholder management
