The role
What you will do
Do you work evenings and weekends without seeing anything in return for it?
Not with us. A weekend shift pays up to €38.65 per hour. And you decide for yourself whether you work it.
In Arnhem and the surrounding area, new shifts become available every week. You choose which ones you take and how many. No fixed schedule that you have to conform to. Choose today, work tomorrow.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
You will work with children, youth, and adults with an intellectual disability or a developmental delay. Work takes place in small-scale residential settings and day activities in Arnhem, Nijmegen, Elst, and the surrounding area. Because the locations are close to each other, you can easily rotate between them.
- Guiding clients in their daily lives
- Supporting with ADL and day activities
- Observing and reporting
- Working according to the client's support plan
- Collaborating with parents, relatives, and the team
You choose for yourself which location you want to work in. If you want a fixed group and to build a bond, that is possible. If you prefer to alternate between locations and target groups, that is also possible.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,951 to €3,980 gross per month based on 36 hours. Amounts as of November 1, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 supervisor, you fall into job group 35: €2,649 to €3,708 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €38.65 per hour.
How it works when you apply
- You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
- You will hear from us within one working day.
- You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
- In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
- You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
- You receive your agreement, in black and white.
- You choose your first shift.
What else you get
- Your BHV, administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy. Even if you are not yet sure if you are staying.
- Choose your own shifts in the GOED. app, without any hourly obligation. You see what is available and you click what you want.
- A contract with fixed hours if you want that, from 16 to 36 hours per week. If you would rather be completely free, that is also possible.
- Holiday allowance, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual. Simply arranged.
- A fixed contact person who knows you by name and who answers when you call.
Does this suit you?
- A level 3 or 4 Support Worker diploma
- Affinity with children and youth is a plus
- You are flexibly deployable
- Driving license B is pleasant but not a requirement
