As Team Lead, you will lead the team responsible for sales, service, and project coordination of industrial compressors, heat pumps, and chillers based on natural refrigerants.

• You will help build a compact, professional, and future-oriented team within an international organization with a clear sustainability mission.

• You will direct commercial activities, ensure a tightly organized sales and project process, and guarantee that customers are served in an excellent manner.

• You will coach and develop the team to realize revenue, margin, and customer objectives.

• You will develop commercial strategies, including KPIs, and ensure their execution. You will also actively drive sales and new business.

• You will establish a result-oriented performance culture within the team.

• You will ensure a smooth project and order flow, from procurement to delivery and invoicing.

• You will optimize administrative processes, including customer data, reporting, and installed base, and ensure the correct handling of complaints and claims.

The Grasso Technology Center Piston Compressors, part of GEA, has been developing and producing high-quality cooling compressors and heat pumps since 1858, particularly for the beverage and food industries. In our historic building in 's-Hertogenbosch, more than 100 colleagues work in a modern LEAN environment with a strong focus on innovation and quality.
