• Locate, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions, including repairs to machines and utilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, optimize, and implement improvements to minimize downtime.
• Assess the state of installations and assign actions or perform them yourself.
• Direct external parties during maintenance and inspection work.
• Collaborate on improvement, validation, and modification projects and the implementation of new equipment.
• Correctly record and manage documentation, spare parts (spare parts), and maintenance data in OneMaximo.
• Train and support operators and fellow technicians.
• Participate in on-call shifts and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment.

Standard (Mon-Fri)

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

You are the technician who solves malfunctions, takes maintenance to a higher level, and actively thinks along about optimizing processes and equipment, while working in a modern pharmaceutical environment with advanced encapsulation, inspection, post-processing, and packaging machines.

• Completed MBO-4 or MBO/HBO education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, and a good basic knowledge of English.
• Experience with electrotechnical systems: sensors, circuits, frequency converters, electric motors, reading PLCs.
• A strong mechanical foundation: pneumatics, hydraulics, bearing technology, welding.
• Experience in a similar technical role, preferably in the production or process industry (e.g., F&B, pharma).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
