You are a (Field) Service Engineer who gets energy from working on the most important radio network in the Netherlands, C2000. With this, you ensure optimal accessibility for all people in the Netherlands in the event of an emergency.

For the Central and South region, we are looking for two independent and driven (Field) Service Engineers. In this role, you will work extensively at our customer's locations, meaning no two days are the same. You will receive a lot of freedom in your work and can operate independently, while you can always count on the support of a close-knit team of fellow engineers and administrative staff. Together, you will ensure that the necessary equipment and, for example, aerial work platforms are present at the right time, so that you can perform your work safely and carefully.

It may be that you are deployed for other types of activities within the Field Services domain, such as during the construction of Private Mobile Networks.

You will be working within the field service operation.

With the team, we ensure maximum accessibility and the right technological solutions for the mobile and fixed network of a large provider and the C2000 network in the Netherlands.

Your package of tasks includes, among others:

• Resolving incidents and technical malfunctions on the C2000 network;
• Correctly reporting malfunctions and providing feedback on what is needed to resolve these malfunctions;
• You perform preventive maintenance by checking installations and performing the agreed maintenance. If more maintenance is required than included in the SLA, you will discuss this with your colleague, the service manager;

This customer has 24/7 service. This means that we also work with standby shifts in case there is a malfunction. Part of this job is therefore working outside office hours and being available on the basis of standby shifts.
