Senior QA Specialist New Product Development (all genders) in the Netherlands

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Food Technology or a similar field.
• At least 7 years of experience in QA and/or Technology, with in-depth knowledge of production processes, products, and packaging.
• You are decisive, result-oriented, and know how to convert complex issues into practical solutions.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, in speech and in writing.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a matrix organization, where you switch effortlessly between different stakeholders

Employment conditions

• Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A working week of 32 to 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12.5% company bonus (based on company results), 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• A train pass and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

For FrieslandCampina Business Group Professional, we are looking for a decisive and result-oriented QA Specialist. In this position, you are the face of our quality vision towards the project organization, the shop floor, and the commercial teams. With your expertise, you ensure robust assurance of food safety, quality, and legal requirements during the implementation of projects. Additionally, you are able to standardize QA change processes and raise them to a higher level. You work together with a professional and enthusiastic Business Group team; this role is based at our Leeuwarden site and interacts with local teams at various locations.

The Business Group Professional includes seven production locations: Meppel, Lochem, Leeuwarden, Lummen, Lippstadt, Nuenen, and Noordwijk. This position is part of the QA team of the Business Group Professional. This team consists of nine QA specialists, of which three focus on NPD and five on QMS. The specialists are spread across the various locations to provide optimal support. Together with the local teams and the project organization, we join forces. By leveraging everyone's expertise, we become stronger and better together.
