Requirements

What we're looking for

A university degree (WO) in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Business Administration;
Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or business control;
Knowledge of financial reporting and performance management;
Good command of Dutch and English;
Experience with SAP, Excel, and preferably Power BI;

Nice to have

Affinity with digitalization, data, and new technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
Experience within a production environment is a plus.

The role

What will you do?

As Plant Controller Ingredients, you contribute to the financial performance of the Ingredients plant in Borculo. You work closely with your Finance colleagues, Operations, and management and play an important role in both operational steering and improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis of the Ingredients plant;
You advise local management as a financial business partner;
You validate business cases and savings projects within the Performance Plus program;
You make an active contribution to the SAP S/4HANA transition;
You support cost calculations and decision-making regarding new products;
You translate information needs into insightful reports in SAP and Power BI;
You contribute to financial compliance and a strong internal control environment.

You are part of the Ingredients Supply Chain Finance Team, report to the Controlling Manager of the location, and work together with a fellow Plant Controller. Additionally, you have a lot of contact with colleagues within Operations, Finance, the head office, and the Financial Shared Service Center in Budapest.
