What we're looking for

WO degree and 7+ years of experience in FMCG (marketing, sales or trade marketing);
You know retail from the inside out and understand how different channels work;
You are just as comfortable with a Nielsen dataset as you are with a customer at the table;

What you'll get

Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
A work week of 32 to 38 hours, 5% end-of-year bonus, 12.5% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train pass and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
200 hours of leave per year, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

The role

You help determine how the Netherlands drinks milk and eats quark.

At the largest Dutch retailers, FrieslandCampina is not just on the shelf; we advise how that shelf should look. As Customer Category Manager, you are at the table, with figures, category vision, and courage as your weapons. You do not convince with an analysis full of logic alone, but because you understand the shopper better than anyone else at the table.

What you'll do

You build the category vision for dairy at your retailer. Not as a plan from FrieslandCampina, but as a plan that the retailer would have wanted to come up with themselves.
You dive into shopper insights and translate them into concrete choices: which shelf, which promotion, which introduction really works.
You are the sparring partner that retailers call before they make a decision, not after.
You drive innovations through the store: from shelf to turnover.
You help build how FrieslandCampina is known externally as the category expert in dairy.
