Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a Manager data specialist, you will be part of the Data & Intelligence team with a focus on implementing innovative Advisory services. In this role, you are responsible for supporting organizations in improving their business processes, strengthening their control environment, and leveraging the value of their data. We do this by implementing Data Analytics, AI, Automation, and collaboration solutions.
With in-depth expertise in the fields of data analysis, process optimization, and risk & controls transformation, we help clients gain more transparency in their business operations and make better-informed decisions. By extracting, integrating, validating, and analyzing data from diverse business and IT systems, we deliver actionable insights that enable organizations to identify process inefficiencies, strengthen governance, manage risks more effectively, and improve their overall performance.
Our teams work closely with clients to assess and monitor key business processes, evaluate the effectiveness of control measures, identify emerging risks, and support large-scale transformation initiatives. Through advanced analytical techniques and data visualizations, we help organizations make the transition from traditional sample-based assessments to a data-driven approach that provides insight into entire populations of transactions and activities.
To deliver these solutions, we utilize leading technologies and analytical platforms, including Python, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Alteryx, Power BI, and other innovative data and automation tools. This enables our clients to continuously monitor their processes and control environments and implement sustainable operational improvements.
- Leading complex advisory assignments focused on business process transformation, internal control, governance, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders at clients by providing strategic recommendations in the areas of process optimization, control effectiveness, operational excellence, and analytics-driven transformation.
- Overseeing the assessment, design, and improvement of business processes, control frameworks, governance models, and monitoring capabilities within finance, operations, and technology domains.
- Leading data analysis initiatives that identify trends, risks, control deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and value creation.
- Driving the development and implementation of dashboards, continuous control monitoring solutions, and advanced analytics to support proactive risk management and business results.
- Managing multiple project teams and workflows, ensuring quality, resource management, and successful delivery within schedule and budget.
- Leading client workshops, steering committee meetings, process walkthroughs, and presentations of findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Coaching, guiding, and developing staff and senior staff employees, with a focus on technical excellence, professional growth, and a collaborative team culture.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposal development, client relationship management, account growth, and identifying new advisory opportunities.
