Production Worker Flexpool

Eurofins Agro Nederland is an information provider and knowledge partner for the arable and horticulture, dairy farming, and greenhouse horticulture sectors. With a complete package of sampling, innovative analyses, and clear advice, we provide entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector with tools for production security and yield improvement. More than 700,000 samples are analyzed annually. Eurofins Agro Nederland has a location in Wageningen and offers employment to 370 employees.

• Checking, coding, and scanning samples;
• Preparing samples for the laboratory. This consists of, among other things, grinding, sieving, mixing, and extracting samples.

The FlexPool is a club of motivated people within Eurofins Agro that moves along with the seasons. One time you work with soil and water, then again with silage, and subsequently with manure and compost.

Depending on your knowledge, skills, and motivation, you could start doing the following:

• You are willing to work in a physically demanding work environment;
• You see work to be done and love to roll up your sleeves within a structured process;
• You have an eye for quality;
• You enjoy working in different departments;
• You work both independently and in a team;
• Prepared to work in a 2-shift service for several weeks a year, when the work demands it;
• You master the Dutch language.

• Based on education and/or experience, a suitable salary of at least € 2851 and maximum € 3180 gross per month based on full-time employment;
• An appointment for at least 32 hours per week;
• 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 0.75%;
