The role
Are you looking for a part-time job and do you enjoy working accurately? As a sample pre-treatment worker in Heerenveen, you ensure that samples are properly prepared for research in the laboratory. You make a direct contribution to food safety in the Netherlands.
What you'll do
In the sample pre-treatment department, you ensure that incoming products are ready for analysis. You work with various types of samples, such as baby food, animal feed, and other food products. You process these according to clear guidelines by grinding, sieving, or mixing them. You use machines for this and also perform manual work. You ensure that everything is done correctly and carefully, because your work has a direct influence on the reliability of the analyses. During your induction period, you will learn all processes step by step, so that you can then work independently.
