As an Audi Sales Advisor at Pouw Apeldoorn, you are the point of contact for customers interested in a new or used Audi. You listen well, ask the right questions, and translate wishes into suitable advice. You:

• welcome customers in the showroom and provide personal advice;
• guide customers in the choice of their Audi;
• advise on specifications, options, financing, lease, and trade-ins;
• actively and carefully follow up on leads;
• build long-term customer relationships;
• ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to delivery;
• work together with your colleagues in sales, service, and aftersales;
• think along about commercial opportunities in your market area.

You are a commercial professional who understands that premium sales is about attention, trust, and sincere interest. You have several years of experience in the automotive industry and want to excel in your profession. At Pouw Apeldoorn, you work in a professional Audi team with a Branch Manager, three Sales Advisors, an Audi pro, and an Audi Host. Together, you ensure a showroom experience in which customers feel welcome and well-assisted.
