Sales Store Manager

Do you want to lead a sales team and help build the growth of XPENG in the Netherlands? As Sales Store Manager at the XPENG Center Rotterdam, you are responsible for the daily management of the sales team, commercial results, and the customer experience. You work within XPENG Centers Netherlands and lead a team of sales advisors within the XPENG Center Rotterdam.

As Sales Store Manager, you ensure that the sales team knows what needs to be done and that commercial objectives are achieved. You are present on the shop floor daily, keep an eye on results, and discuss opportunities and areas for improvement with sales advisors.

Due to your years of leadership experience in the automotive sector, you take charge easily and are visible on the shop floor. You know what is happening within the team and address colleagues when necessary. You provide clear direction, but are also open to ideas and signals from the team.

You get energy from commercial results and know how to engage sales advisors in achieving them. You love making goals concrete and working together towards results. At the same time, you do not lose sight of the customer.

You take responsibility for the branch and see what needs to be done. Whether it concerns a sales result, the presentation of the showroom, or the way a customer is received: you take initiative.

• You manage the sales team on a daily basis and monitor sales results and objectives.
• You coach and guide sales advisors in their daily activities and development.
• Together with the Sales Manager, you establish commercial objectives and discuss progress.
• You ensure that the sales process runs smoothly from initial customer contact to delivery.
• You identify commercial opportunities within the branch and translate these into concrete actions.
• You maintain oversight of the showroom's appearance and ensure that customers are received professionally.
• You are part of the management team and contribute ideas regarding the further development of the XPENG Center.
