Nexton (approximately 280 employees) has been part of Dura Vermeer Division Techniek since November 2022 and consists of a group of independent companies focusing on advice, design, product development, execution, and maintenance of (building-related) installations. As an integrated technical service provider, Nexton adds value in the fields of smart buildings, energy transition, circularity, sustainability, and as-a-service concepts. Additionally, Nexton possesses ventures through which the company has access to a network of technology parties with a wide range of innovative and smart solutions.

Nexton Zaandam provides the foundation for a smart building. Due to current construction methods and insulation possibilities, less energy is needed to heat an object. But at the same time, more is needed to realize the required air ventilation. Nexton offers energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. To optimally maintain the lifespan and effectiveness of these applications, regular maintenance is of great importance.

We offer maintenance in various contract forms:

• preventive maintenance

• preventive and corrective maintenance

• performance maintenance

As an experienced and driven Lead Mechanical Engineer within building-related installation technology, you ensure that the design meets the specifications, working closely with modelers, engineers, and drafters to work out details. Additionally, you maintain frequent contact with suppliers.
Your focus lies on safety, reliability, and sustainability. As a technical expert within the project, you carry the responsibility for the complete design of the mechanical aspects.

Nexton offers smart, sustainable, and efficient climate technical and mechanical engineering solutions, including commissioning and maintenance.

As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you guide your team consisting of Engineers, BIM Modelers, and Drafters, and you receive responsibility for the design and development of W-installations such as water installations, heating installations, cooling installations, air handling installations, and control installations within building-related installation technology.
