Are you ready to lead a team in a dynamic and fast-growing logistics environment?

DSV in Maastricht Airport is looking for driven team leaders who want to make a difference. Do you have a passion for optimizing processes and are you a natural leader with an eye for efficiency and team development? Then this role is written for you!

How will you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you report directly to the warehouse manager and coordinate the activities within a team of 30 warehouse employees. You know better than anyone how to bring out the best in your team members and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the logistics processes within our warehouse. You will achieve this by:

• distributing the daily operational activities and acting as the first point of contact for the employees;
• timely identifying deviations and disruptions in the activities;
• providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
• complying with and supervising legal, company, and safety regulations.

In our new warehouse in Maastricht Airport, we are further expanding our logistics operation. This creates plenty of opportunities, new collaborations, and challenging goals: you will be part of it.

• experience as a supervisor for employees from different cultures and language areas;
• experience in a 3PL logistics environment;
• willingness to work in shifted (day) shifts, occasionally on weekends;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
