Within our warehouse operation in Maastricht Airport, you will work for multiple clients, each with their own logistical processes and expectations. No two days are the same. Together with your team, you will ensure that processes run efficiently and that objectives regarding safety, quality, and productivity are realized: you will contribute to this.

How do you do this? As warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for multiple operational processes and you lead team leaders and warehouse employees. You monitor the performance of the operation, analyze results, and adjust where necessary. Thanks to your leadership, you know how to motivate people and continuously improve processes. You will achieve this by:

• directing, coaching, and developing team leaders and operational employees;
• monitoring KPIs in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety and actively adjusting based on them;
• ensuring optimal personnel planning and efficient deployment of resources;
• initiating and guiding improvement projects within the warehouse operation;
• maintaining close cooperation with customers and internal departments to realize operational objectives.

• experience in a leadership position within warehousing or logistics;
• knowledge of logistical processes and the ability to analyze and improve operational performance;
• strong coaching and communication skills;
• experience with KPI management and continuous improvement processes;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
