• good experience in a leadership position, preferably within a logistics 3PL environment;

Together with your team, you work towards achieving productivity standards, time and quality requirements, and compliance with procedures and rules. You lead team leaders/supervisors who technically manage teams of 3 to 5 colleagues. You are not only a leader, but also a coach. You guide and motivate your team members, conduct performance and appraisal interviews, and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. You achieve this by:

• monitoring and supervising the execution of processes and coordinating these with other internal departments;
• proactively thinking along regarding process improvements;
• providing management information based on pre-agreed targets/KPIs;
• directing, coaching, and guiding your team.
