Within our warehouse operation, you are the specialist who investigates deviations, resolves bottlenecks, and ensures that processes continue to run smoothly. You dive into operational issues, analyze the cause, and come up with sustainable solutions. How do you do this? You are continuously busy with signaling, analyzing, and resolving operational disruptions. You work closely with colleagues from the warehouse, customer service, and other departments to resolve problems quickly and structurally. You achieve this by:

• analyzing and resolving operational deviations within the warehouse;
• investigating inventory differences, system notifications, and process disruptions;
• supporting colleagues with complex logistical issues;
• signaling opportunities for improvement and implementing process optimizations;
• collaborating with different departments to increase the quality and productivity of the operation.

Your team stands out within DSV due to strong collaboration and open communication. You work together with colleagues of different nationalities and departments, where everyone has the same goal: delivering excellent service to our customers. • experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems;
• knowledge of Cargowrite is a plus;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• experience at a logistics service provider or in a similar role;
• willingness to work in two shifts.
