Shift Driver

• You have a CE driver's license, code 95, and a digital driver card;

• Experience with tank transport or food transport is a plus;

• A challenging position with a lot of independence and responsibility within a growing, informal organization with ambitious goals;

• Room for development – follow professional courses and training to grow as a driver or specialist in tank transport.

• Your own fixed tractor unit (MAN or Volvo) that you can even leave at your own parking space, so that you can start your shift comfortably;

• Certainty and overview; your salary is always in your account on time (the 25th of the month) and you have a fixed contact person at the office for all your questions.

What will you do as a driver?

As a shift driver, you will work during the day one week and at night the next. You choose your own rhythm: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, averaging 10 hours per day. Driving extra days? That is always an option. Weekend work is part of the job, as is flexibility, but you get freedom and variety in return. You will drive fixed routes between FrieslandCampina factories and be part of a close-knit team with short lines of communication. No long waiting times, but plenty of collaboration and clear agreements. Your base is Veghel, so it is preferable that you live within 30 km or a 45-minute drive, so that you can start your shift safe and rested.

• You drive safely, neatly, and representatively;

• Experience with liquid foodstuffs is a plus, but not a requirement—we are happy to teach you;

• Loading and unloading is done safely from the ground;

• You are flexibly deployable; you will hear your start times the evening before, but your schedule is set 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

• You work independently, communicate clearly, and work together with colleagues to ensure tight planning without stress.

• You work independently and accurately, communicate well, and are always customer-friendly;

• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
