Business Controller

No two days are the same. You are continuously analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting the business with important decisions.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Preparing revenue and margin budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the commercial teams;
• Performing scenario analyses and calculating business cases;
• Providing reliable management information and supporting the month-end closing;
• Monitoring results and translating data into concrete insights;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and advising stakeholders within the organization;
• Answering ad-hoc questions from the business, Finance, and international colleagues.

You combine financial knowledge with a commercial mindset. You are curious, critical, and dare to provide both requested and unsolicited advice.

In addition, you possess:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar;
• Approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong analytical skills and a good foundation in accounting;
• Excellent Excel knowledge; experience with BI tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is a plus;
• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills;
• The ability to switch gears in a dynamic environment where change is the norm.
