The Securitas Operations Center (SOC) is the innovative heart of the Securitas organization. At our two locations in Amsterdam and Geldrop, the expertise of our employees, data, technology, and processes come together so that we can adequately and deliberately safeguard the security of our customers and colleagues. We do this from our alarm centers and supporting departments.

As an Account Manager Limburg and Brabant at Securitas, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships. You focus on profitable growth and optimal customer satisfaction within your single-branch and/or multi-service customers. For this role, a turnover guideline of 9 to 10 million euros applies.

You achieve your goals by actively focusing on retention, cross-selling, and upselling, and through an advisory sales approach. Your customer portfolio consists primarily of a mix from all sectors, logistics/petrochemicals/pharmacy/retail, meaning no two days are the same.

In addition, you are involved in:

• The commercial development of the customer contracts in your portfolio
• Budgeting, indexing, analysis, and reporting of customers at a national level
• Conducting commercial consultations
• Creating and securing a commercial account plan
• Generating new business

You won't do this alone. You work together with others, such as the Branch Managers, colleagues at Solutions, and our Technology division. Relationship management is also an important aspect of your work. You represent Securitas to these clients and external suppliers, and proactively ensure that problems with them are prevented or resolved as effectively as possible. In addition, you will be building and maintaining network relationships in your region.
