• You proactively approach our guests and advise them on our products and service;
• You know how to inspire our guests and continuously exceed their expectations;
• You are (co-)responsible for an inspiring and attractive store appearance;
• You inform our guests about our Premium Membership, Tax Refund and other promotions and events;
• You contribute to a festive atmosphere within our store, so that the festive months will be a true experience for our guests.

In accordance with our own collective labor agreement (CAO), you can also count on:

• A gross monthly salary between € 1,944.66 and € 2,430.82 depending on age
• This amounts to a minimum hourly wage of € 14.71 per hour from age 18
• A social life, as you work within the store opening hours
• 25 days off per year with full-time employment (pro rata)
• Allowance for working on weekends
• 8% holiday allowance
• 20% staff discount on almost all your purchases
• Commuting allowance of € 0.23 per KM
• A comprehensive onboarding program

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who fully recognize themselves in the profile below:

• You are trend-conscious, customer-oriented and have an energetic appearance;
• You have experience in customer-oriented sales, preferably with a distinctive brand;
• You are commercially driven and communicatively skilled;
• You are proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic;
• You are flexible with respect to working hours (weekends and shopping evenings);
• You have at least an MBO working and thinking level;
• And you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
