Internship: Data Analytics & Dashboarding for Repair & Maintenance platform

For the Parts & Repair Information department, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who wants to contribute to making the usage of the Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI) platform visible.

Within this assignment, you will work with available user data in Snowflake and develop a dashboard that provides insight into the use of workshop instructions (Jobs) in RMI and specific parts of the workshop instructions. The goal is to better understand how mechanics and other users consult the available information, so that the department can further improve its service.

You will be given a lot of freedom to gather requirements, involve stakeholders, and independently arrive at a suitable dashboard design.

• Inventorying and documenting business requirements;
• Investigating which data is available and usable within Snowflake;
• Coordinating with stakeholders and planning meetings;
• Designing, developing, and implementing a user dashboard;
• Analyzing user behavior and usage patterns within RMI;
  • Possible dealer visit to gain knowledge of the dealer process;
• Drafting process descriptions and user manuals;
• Presenting findings and recommendations;
• Discussing project progress with your internship supervisor.
