Audit Supervisor in the Netherlands

As an Audit Supervisor, you are the driving force behind successful audit engagements. No-nonsense, à la Crowe.

As an Audit Supervisor at our office in Roermond, you will work independently on audit engagements for a wide range of clients in the SME sector and beyond. You combine professional depth with the management and guidance of colleagues. You are the connecting link between the team and the client, ensuring oversight, quality, and pleasant collaboration. Within Crowe Limburg, we have a large and engaged Audit team, spread across our offices in Roermond and Venlo. For our office in Venlo, we are looking for reinforcement: someone who helps build the quality of our services and helps the team grow further. A role with responsibility, challenge, and room for further personal development.

• You are the natural connector between clients, your team, and internal specialists, and you take the lead on projects;

• You supervise audits with an eye for detail and translate client questions into concrete actions, always with a focus on collaboration;

• You coach Assistant Accountants and stimulate their development, inspiring your team with fresh ideas and innovative solutions;

• With your discipline and perseverance, you coordinate complex files and ensure the right results, liaising with both internal and external specialists;

• You play a pioneering role in digital developments, including the application of Data Science in audit practice, and help make our office future-proof;

• You possess strong communication skills and know how to maintain an overview, even during busy periods.

• You have more than 5 years of experience in Accountancy, and have completed your Postmaster RA or are actively working towards it.

• You enjoy working for a diverse client portfolio, including both SMEs and beyond;

• You enjoy sharing your experience and vision with your team and helping them grow;

• You have excellent communication skills and can effectively convert client questions into concrete actions;

• You are a valuable sparring partner for both colleagues and clients;

• You enjoy coaching and supporting Assistant Accountants in their professional development;

• You supervise and coordinate the service delivery and work closely with other specialists to provide optimal support to clients.
