At CowManager, we build smart agritech solutions that make the lives of dairy farmers worldwide easier. Our IoT sensors continuously collect data on the health, behavior, and fertility of cows. This data is processed in real time in Azure and used within our modern web applications to help farmers make better decisions.

We are looking for a .NET Fullstack Developer who enjoys working on scalable cloud solutions in a modern .NET stack.

What you will do
As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you will work in a multidisciplinary team on our web applications, impacting thousands of farmers worldwide. You will design and build software for various platforms and work on both frontend and backend components.

• Contributing to the design and development of scalable web applications
• Building and maintaining Vue frontend and .NET backend
• Working with serverless services in Azure
• Thinking along about technical choices, maintainability, and software quality
• Writing well-structured code, including unit and integration tests
• Participating in bi-weekly sprints, including refinement, planning, and review
• Close collaboration with product owners, R&D, and data teams

Tech stack
You will work daily with, among others:
C#, ASP.NET /.NET 6+, Entity Framework Core, Vue, TypeScript, MS SQL & CosmosDB,
Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Bicep, Docker, Git

Where the technical challenge lies
Our hardware sensors continuously push large amounts of data to the cloud. This requires scalable, robust software. You will work on distributed systems, microservices, and serverless components, continuously applying new techniques.
The focus is on new development, supplemented by expansions to the existing platform. The distribution is approximately 60 percent new development and 40 percent bug fixing and tech debt.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with C#
• Experience with Azure

• Experience with Frontend Frameworks such as Vue
• Familiar with software design principles and best practices
• Experience with test automation
• Collaboration-oriented and strong communicator

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Experience with CosmosDB
