What we're looking for
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in a commercial role in a store.
- Experience in the field of directing and coordinating employees is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
- You work within the opening hours of the store. Working on weekends and evenings is no problem for you.
- A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) without annotations. Neat.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- At least €2425 per month based on 40 hours. For the hours worked as a Store Team Leader, you receive a monthly allowance. In practice, this amounts to approximately 150 euros extra per month based on 40 hours. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less.
- Salary increases every year.
- 8% holiday allowance, pension, and travel allowance (for distances of 10km or more from the store in Rotterdam Alexandrium).
- 29 vacation days based on a full-time contract.

The role
- Actively participating on the shop floor. You make customers happy with the best fitting product or solution thanks to your specialist (product) knowledge. As a Store Team Leader, you are an example for your colleagues.
- Being the point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor regarding problems and complex customer questions.
- Onboarding, directing, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the shop floor. You proactively provide feedback and help colleagues become better at their work.
- Together with your team, you actively think along to make the Coolblue store a little bit better every day and you share your ideas with the (Assistant) Store Manager.
How you'll work
- Flexible schedule. You manage your own hours.
- A 7-month contract with fixed hours.
