• Leadership experience: You already have demonstrable work experience in a leadership or senior employee role in retail, supermarkets, hospitality, or a similar environment and are ready for your next step.
• Hospitality: You speak fluent Dutch (minimum level B2); this is essential for guiding your HEMA store team and for providing good service to our customers.

• 💸 A gross monthly salary between 2644 to 3420 euros, based on working 38 hours per week

As a team leader, you are the engine behind a successful department in the store - whether it be fashion, hardware, or food. Together with the store manager and other team leaders, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, take over each other's tasks during absences, and stand ready to help where needed. Your task? Informing, coaching, and guiding your team, so they can get to work with pleasure every day. You make your department a success by setting clear goals, both on a commercial level and in the personal development of your team members. Think of sharing the commercial calendar, new product information, and daily targets, but also of developing talents within your team. You have a dynamic role in which you drive on KPIs, organize, plan activities, onboard new colleagues, and together with your team, provide the customer with a great experience.
