Logistics Delivery Team Leader

• At least an mbo-4 diploma, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with HR tasks, such as conducting recruitment, absenteeism, appraisal, and performance interviews.
• Coaching and motivating delivery heroes. You do this, among other things, through clear communication. 
• Working within the process times of CoolblueBezorgt. Two weeks a month you work on the weekend and one week during the evening hours. 
• Speaking and understanding Dutch. This allows you to guide all delivery heroes effectively.

• Money. A gross full-time monthly salary between € 3,258.67 and € 3,808.67, depending on your experience.

As a Logistics Team Leader, you motivate couriers to make customers happy with their orders. You set clear expectations for your team, show commitment, and provide recognition. You get a kick out of buses departing on time and goals achieved. Thanks to the varying process and office shifts, no week is ever boring.

• Giving daily starts. You provide important updates regarding processes and figures and point out what can be improved. You shine a spotlight on delivery heroes with good scores.
• Planning and organizing. When the delivery heroes are on the road, you have room for other activities such as: administration, HR tasks, and data analysis.
• Handling HR tasks. You conduct interviews, monitor absenteeism together with HR, and ensure annual performance reviews take place.

• Flexible schedule. Do you like working in the morning, afternoon, or specifically in the evening? You coordinate with the other team leaders which shifts you work.
