• At least 12 to 15 years of demonstrable and relevant experience within Dutch Utilities, consulting and business development or transformation programs.
• A strong network at senior and executive level within the Dutch utilities sector.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, structuring, and winning complex technology and transformation trajectories.
• A clear vision on the impact of digitalization, data, AI and technological innovation within the utilities market.
• Academic working and thinking level and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• You understand the possibilities and impact of AI within the field and know how to translate these into relevant customer solutions and strategic propositions.
• You reside and work in the Netherlands.

As VP Industry Energy & Utilities, you are the face of Capgemini Invent within the Dutch utilities sector. You combine commercial drive, sector knowledge, and strategic leadership to help clients with complex business- and technology-driven transformations. You work with executive stakeholders within organizations such as grid operators, energy companies, and infrastructure parties, and translate major societal and technological developments into concrete transformation programs.

In this role, you play a key role in the further growth of the Utilities practice of Capgemini Invent and strengthen Capgemini's position as a strategic partner for organizations facing major challenges in energy transition, digitalization, AI, cyber resilience, and operational transformation.

• Developing and realizing the commercial growth strategy for the Utilities market within Capgemini Invent.
• Building and deepening executive relationships at strategic utilities accounts and positioning Capgemini as a trusted transformation partner.
• The initiation, shaping and closing of large-scale business- and technology-driven transformation programs.
• Advising directors and senior executives on themes such as grid congestion, grid modernization, energy transition, operating model transformation, data, AI, and digitalization.
• Developing distinctive propositions and thought leadership around current challenges within the utilities sector.
• Connecting Capgemini Invent with colleagues from Technology, Engineering, and delivery organizations to successfully realize integrated customer solutions.

You are an experienced market leader with a strong network within the Dutch utilities sector (must have) and a proven track record in consulting, business development, and transformation.
