What are you going to do in the role of UX Designer?

• Make 'Always surprising, always advantageous' a reality. You undoubtedly know our jingle, and you are going to ensure that we deliver this online. You will dive deep into customer journeys and ensure that we continue to surprise customers! You dive into behavior, data, and feedback to see where the friction lies. You determine where the greatest opportunities lie and seize them.
• From insight to result. You translate insights from research, analytics, and experiments into concrete improvements. No assumptions, but validated choices that make an impact on conversion and customer value. You think beyond standard solutions and come up with ideas that truly make a difference.
• Combining details and scale. You work on large improvements, but also see the small things that make the difference. You think in patterns and systems and help to further expand and professionalize the design system, so that teams can work faster, more consistently, and more scalably. In doing so, you also see opportunities to use AI smartly within the design process.
• Collaborating. You work in a team alongside various specialists in the fields of SEO, CRO, analytics, and UX design, both in Renswoude and with our international colleagues in London and Milan.
• Continuous improvement with AI as an accelerator. We already wrote it; challenges are flying at you from all sides. With so many digital channels, a diversity of product groups, and a rapidly changing retail market, there is always room for improvement. You work in a rhythm of testing and learning and actively use AI for research, concepting, and execution. You also understand how AI is changing the user experience.

• A good salary! You will start between € 4,100 and € 6,000 gross per month, depending on your experience, based on a full-time work week of 40 hours.
• 24 vacation days and no less than 19.5 ATV days on a full-time basis. Feel free to take a day off. Prefer more free time or extra money? Buy or sell vacation days or have your ATV (partially) paid out.
• Flexible working! Whether you prefer working from home or in the office, whether you are a morning person or peak in the evening, hybrid working is very common with us and is arranged in good consultation.
• Extraordinary opportunities to grow and further develop yourself. Through our own AS Watson Academy, you have access to an extensive range of training courses. At AS Watson, you never stand still!
• Even more extraordinary benefits: staff discounts at Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI PARIS XL, as well as Benefits at Work, a site with offers and discounts at numerous stores, webshops, amusement parks, and more.
