Do you want to determine the direction of modern SAP Analytics landscapes? As an SAP BI Architect at Capgemini, you will lead complex international projects, bring deep SAP knowledge, and translate business strategy into future-proof BI architecture. You are the link between technology, teams, and client vision.

Your job in 1 paragraph

As an SAP BI Architect, you design end-to-end data and analytics architectures within BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and S/4HANA. You determine the technical direction, make design choices, guide implementation teams, and serve as the subject matter expert for clients. You work at a strategic level: you translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and advise clients on governance, future-proof data foundations, and integrations. Additionally, you play a key role in international Capgemini projects, where you work closely with solution architects, project managers, and SAP experts worldwide.

Technical skills

SAP BW/4HANA - modeling, architecture, integrations
SAP Business Data Cloud - architecture principles & modeling
SAP Analytics Cloud (Reporting & Planning)
Knowledge of S/4HANA and embedded analytics
Experience with data integration, governance, and security
Experience with solution design & technical roadmaps
Consulting experience is a strong plus

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to switch between business and technology
Persuasiveness and vision
Coaching developers and engineers
Clear communication at various levels
