• A gross monthly salary between € 3,600 and € 5,800 based on 40 hours per week (scaling based on experience and employability);

This is what you will do as Process & Solution Architect PLM | Hoofddorp

We are looking for a (Junior) Process & Solution Architect PLM for the Feadship Teamcenter department in Hoofddorp. However, should you have more experience as a Solution Architect, we are also open to having a conversation with you.

At Feadship, we design, engineer, and build the most unique superyachts in the world. To make this possible, optimal use of our PLM system (Siemens Teamcenter) is crucial. With approximately 1,000 users in various engineering and production environments, Teamcenter plays a key role in connecting processes and data throughout the entire chain.

As a (Junior) Process & Solution Architect PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), you connect business processes with our digital solutions. You actively gather requirements from the user organization, analyze primary processes, and translate these into smart PLM solutions. You will grow into a full partner for our more experienced Process & Solution Architects and stakeholders.

Through your work as a (Junior) Process & Solution Architect, Feadship can set up processes more smartly and efficiently. You help us to utilize Teamcenter optimally, so that we can innovate faster and continue to deliver the highest quality in the design and construction of our superyachts.

• Conduct conversations with stakeholders to map out business needs and optimization opportunities;
• Analyze processes together with key users and translate these into functional PLM solutions in Teamcenter;
• Advise on improvements and innovations in the use of Teamcenter to increase efficiency and quality;
• You carry out implementations, changes, and upgrades in collaboration with key users, application specialists, and the ICT team.
