Enterprise Model & Strategy (EM&S) helps organizations design their operating model so they can better steer towards strategic goals. By reasoning from the value for the customer, we formulate objectives for various business units and optimize governance, roles, responsibilities, and processes. There is high demand for our expertise in various sectors, including Retail, Financial sector, Energy & Utilities, (Manufacturing) Industry, and the Public sector. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic senior consultants to strengthen Enterprise Model & Strategy.

Your opportunities as a Senior Manager Enterprise Model & Strategy at Capgemini Invent

As a Manager in the Capability Group Enterprise Model & Strategy, you advise clients on formulating objectives, realizing chosen strategies, and sketching suitable business models. This often involves business management issues where you work together with colleagues to design and implement new business and operational models for clients. For this, you might, for example, conduct interviews with stakeholders within the organization, organize workshops with management, and help formulate new strategic activities. In this way, you ensure that clients better align and gain insight into their core processes and strategic objectives. Subsequently, you help them optimize their operating model and make the steps toward achieving their goals transparent.

As part of Enterprise Model & Strategy, you focus on topics such as benefit management, portfolio management, business cases, ecosystems, target operating models, and large Digital Core transformations. Within these topics, we use various Capgemini proprietary models and techniques that we deploy in projects for our clients. In addition to delivering projects, you are also internally involved in providing training, explore business opportunities together with your colleagues, shape new propositions, and guide and direct consultants in your team.

• You are flexible regarding location as you will work at various client locations within the Netherlands.

• A government agency wants to modernize its IT infrastructure to better respond to the needs of citizens. You and your team facilitate the transformation team in shaping the transformation program for implementing cloud solutions and recalibrate the organizational model so that it fits the digitalization of the organization's core processes.

• An energy company wants to develop a sustainability strategy to reduce CO2 emissions and integrate sustainable energy sources. You and your team perform a lifecycle assessment and a hotspot analysis and help the organization to formulate concrete objectives.

• An organization in the retail sector wants to implement an omnichannel strategy. You and your team help the organization to seamlessly integrate the necessary data analysis and support departments for physical stores and online platforms.

• A healthcare provider sees the return on their investments in innovation decreasing, while the workload seems to be increasing. Together with your team, you help the organization to set up portfolio management, draft solid business cases, and set up benefit management to monitor the realized value of investments and to be able to adjust accordingly.

• You actively develop and maintain relationships within your network and ensure that Capgemini Invent's portfolio is brought to their attention.

• You lead a team that responds to client wishes, while also stimulating the development of your colleagues.

• You work actively on thought leadership within EM&S and can link this to commercial opportunities at clients.

You get enthusiastic about helping organizations determine new strategies, business models, and innovations, enabling them to deliver more value to their customers. You are able to adapt positively to situations involving changing tasks and/or location, shifting priorities, or ambiguity. Additionally, you can convince clients of a different vision or approach, develop relationships in a sustainable manner, and identify new opportunities. You have an interest in market trends and the challenges our clients face, so that you can advise on lasting and sustainable transformations and successfully implement them. You have the ambition to continue growing and to develop those you work with, both clients and Capgemini Invent employees. You take responsibility within your team and sense well what team members need. You enjoy managing a team, providing leadership, and inspiring those around you. Additionally, you like being the face of the team to the outside world and the organization.

• Excellent presentation skills

• Experience with valuation, business cases, and/or KPIs is a plus.

• You are proficient in the Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English languages.
