What will you do as a Management Consultant Consumer Products & Retail?

As a Management Consultant Consumer Products & Retail, you will help organizations make their business future-proof. You will work on issues surrounding sustainability, digital transformation, customer centricity, and operational improvement. In doing so, you will combine strategic advice with practical execution and help organizations successfully realize changes.

In this role, you will work on:

• Guiding strategic and operational change processes within Consumer Products & Retail organizations.
• Deploying your expertise within, for example, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital Architecture, or AI & Data.
• Setting up, structuring, and executing programs and projects together with multidisciplinary teams.
• Developing sustainable customer relationships and acting as a sparring partner for stakeholders at various levels.
• Identifying commercial opportunities with existing and new customers and contributing to business development and consultative selling.
• Translating complex customer questions into practical and future-proof solutions.
• Coaching colleagues and contributing to an open, inclusive, and learning team culture.
• Realizing visible impact at leading organizations, from strategy development to concrete implementation.

• Hours: 32-40 hours
• Workplace: Utrecht, at the client and remote
• Experience: medior/senior management consultant

You have:

• Experience within consultancy and/or the Consumer Products & Retail sector, including experience with transformation or change processes.
• A completed university degree (e.g., technical, supply chain, data/AI, business, or public administration).
• Knowledge of one or more relevant areas of expertise, such as Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Digital Architecture, or AI & Data.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration within complex organizations.
• The ability to critically assess and apply innovative trends, including AI, to enable organizations to work smarter and more effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
