Engagement Security Manager

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you can secure their applications and data thanks to your knowledge, analyses, and advice! With your commitment, you help our clients at home and abroad in managing security and complying with laws and regulations.

In your role as ESM (Engagement Security Manager), you are familiar with the subject matter of Security, Privacy, and Compliance, and activities such as information security risk analysis, monitoring, and auditing are part of your daily routine. You ensure that security for Capgemini engagements meets Capgemini Netherlands Business Unit Security requirements as well as those of the client (client-facing). You are able to build a trusted advisor role with the client and, from that role, recognize opportunities (add-on sales) and take action on them, keeping the Capgemini security portfolio in mind.

• Supervising compliance with Capgemini policies and contractual security requirements
• Setting up and improving Governance, Risk & Compliance (incl. ISO 27001)
• Performing risk assessments, DPIAs, and GEBs
• Supporting Agile/DevOps/SAFe teams with SPC issues
• Preparing audits and drafting security plans
• Identifying commercial opportunities and acting as a selling consultant
• Managing client relationships and acting during security incidents

Together with the Security team, we offer security services to clients at a national and international level. You will primarily work within the Netherlands for renowned clients in the private and public markets. To do this well, we learn a lot from each other by sparring and keeping each other sharp. You are an example for junior ESMs and support them in growing in their roles. Together, we ensure that security engagements are and remain in order by fulfilling a coordinating and controlling role, in which you will continuously have to look for improvements. Through strong teamwork and sharing our knowledge, we can position Capgemini as a security specialist in the market.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or a Security education.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in the field of Cyber Security.
• Eagerness to learn new things and thus obtain certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIPP, CISM).
• Smooth conversational skills in English and Dutch.
• A healthy dose of courage and initiative, with which you take action and thus arrive at solutions.
