As a Lean Portfolio Consultant, you bridge the gap between strategy and execution within organizations. You do this, among other things, by managing their portfolio and delivering value by applying Lean and Agile principles. You work for various clients, which means you will face new challenges and opportunities every time. You are the one who ensures that organizations not only set the right priorities but also execute them effectively. Your role is crucial in setting priorities, optimizing portfolio processes, maintaining focus, and delivering value!

Additionally, you guide organizations in their transformation in the following areas:

• Prioritizing with impact: You initiate and guide the prioritization process at various levels within the organization, so that objectives are achieved efficiently and with maximum value.
• Guidance and best practices: You advise on theory, best practices, and practical experience to ensure that the structure and portfolio process align effectively with user needs and market trends.
• Organizing decision-making: You ensure effective decision-making based on value, risk, and strategy, allowing demand and capacity to be optimally aligned.
• Coordinating and maintaining focus: By coordinating activities and minimizing conflicts, you create a culture of learning and optimization.
• Facilitating Portfolio Kanban: You help create a dynamic Portfolio Kanban, enabling the organization to respond quickly to changing circumstances and shift priorities where necessary.
• Reporting: You define and track key performance metrics, provide transparency regarding progress, and enable the organization to adjust course in a timely manner.
• Promoting alignment and collaboration: You help the organization with clear communication regarding organizational goals, progress, and challenges. Additionally, you contribute to strengthening collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous value creation: You make it possible for the organization to continue delivering value to customers and stakeholders in a fast, efficient, and sustainable manner.

Although you will work with and for your client most of the time, you can always fall back on a familiar home base: ADT, Agile DevOps Transformation. • Experience: +5 years of experience with Lean and Agile methodologies and their applications in portfolio management.
• Certifications: SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager and Change Management Practitioner (APMG) are a must. SPC certification is a plus.
• Skills: Prioritizing, Planning & Organizing, strategic thinker, leadership, analytical ability, decisiveness, effective communication, problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
