As a Junior Consultant Customer Transformation, you help organizations realize customer-centric transformations. You start from the needs of the end user and translate insights from research, data, and workshops into concrete solutions that move customers, employees, and organizations forward. You work on issues at the intersection of customer experience, service design, marketing technology, AI, and digital transformation.

In this role, you will work on:

• Developing customer-centric strategies and omnichannel solutions for organizations in, among others, retail, financial services, and the public sector.
• Analyzing customer needs using market research, customer research, data analysis, and co-creation workshops to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing and realizing new customer journeys, service blueprints, AI-driven customer experience strategies, marketing technology solutions, and digital propositions for leading organizations. Examples include launching new sales channels, implementing marketing technologies, and designing end-to-end customer experiences for banks, insurers, and public institutions.

Hours: 40 hours
Location: Utrecht, at the client's location and remote
Experience level: Junior (minimum 1 year of relevant work experience)
Start date: November/December

What will you do as a Junior Consultant Customer Transformation?

You have:

• A completed university master's degree in, for example, Strategic Product Design, Business, Innovation, Transformation, Marketing, Design, Data, or AI.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience and an affinity for strategy development surrounding digital customer experience and customer experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with which you translate complex information into understandable and user-friendly solutions.
• Experience or affinity with design thinking, customer research, marketing activation, project management, marketing technology (preferably Adobe and Salesforce), and AI-related applications.
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically assess output, and are open to continuously developing new knowledge and skills within a rapidly changing technological environment.
