As a Senior GRC Consultant, you are a crucial link within our customers' information security processes. You ensure that information responsibility is clear, risks are made insightful, and appropriate measures are chosen and maintained. This is done fully in line with the standards, guidelines, and strategic goals of the organization.

You monitor and strengthen governance, risk, and compliance processes and promote awareness within all layers of the organization. Stakeholders see you as the expert on information security. You guide information owners in following the right steps so that people, processes, and technology work together optimally and securely.

Additionally, you advise on information ownership, risk assessment, and mitigation. You provide actionable input for the secure design of work instructions and technology.

• At least 5 years of experience within Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Strong analytical and communicative skills that you use to make complex security issues clear
• Ability to support security departments (under the leadership of the CISO) in safeguarding information security
• Skilled in determining information ownership and valuing information according to Governance principles
• Capable of translating information flows, processing risks, and business objectives into concrete risk assessments and appropriate mitigations
• Expert in drafting, interpreting, and elaborating security standards into policies, guidelines, procedures, and contractual terms
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security Frameworks and the design or improvement of security processes
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, or CGEIT, or the motivation to obtain these
• Familiarity with ITIL, SAFe, Agile, and Scrum is a plus
