The role

Location: Nieuwegein and/or Berkel en Rodenrijs

Are you a proactive Executive Assistant who loves taking responsibility, and do you have at least two years of experience in the field? Are you looking for a dynamic role in which you professionally support the Management Team of the Dutch branch of an internationally renowned group, oversee priorities, and independently handle organizational issues? Then this position is for you!

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with our Senior Executive Assistant and serve as an important link in supporting our Management Team. You will provide structure, monitor the progress of appointments, and contribute to effective and professional business operations.

What you'll do

  • You will support the Director Field Service 1:1 (you are his permanent right hand, monitoring his calendar, managing his mailbox, helping to prioritize, and ensuring the preparation, recording, and follow-up of team meetings with his direct reports).
  • You will proactively and independently support the Management Team as a whole with various administrative, organizational, and coordinating tasks, in consultation with the Senior Executive Assistant (together, you will divide the work).
  • You will organize and coordinate internal events and meetings, from preparation to execution and evaluation.
  • You will help organize the onboarding of new colleagues from the Field Service team and coordinate this with the colleagues involved.
  • You will prepare presentations, reports, and other management documents and monitor their quality and timely availability.
  • You will be an important point of contact and ensure clear and professional communication within and outside the organization.
  • You will independently handle ad-hoc management matters, monitor actions and deadlines, and make proposals to improve work processes.

In short: together with the Senior Executive Assistant, you ensure that the Management Team starts their workday well-prepared and can focus on leading the organization, through the work that you both take off their hands.
