Executive Assistant

This role ensures structure, compliance, and efficiency across our administrative needs. Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.

• Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

• Prepare, format, and maintain business documentation and correspondence.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, Operations, or similar administrative roles.

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, hands-on and proactive working style.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency in standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
