With an attractive base salary and an unlimited commission model, you earn around €230 per 8-hour shift (top performers earn even more!). Because you indicate your own availability, you will keep plenty of time left for your studies, sports, friends, or other activities alongside this side job.

Butternut Box is a new kind of dog food: fresh. The ingredients are of high quality, slow-cooked so that as many vitamins as possible are preserved, and there are no unnecessary additives. It is also convenient for the owners: you order our box online and the fresh food is delivered to your home in perfect portions.

We are a fast-growing company that started in the United Kingdom and has also been active in the Netherlands since 2022. Our Dutch office is located on the Weteringschans in the heart of Amsterdam. As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face of Butternut Box at trade fairs, festivals, markets, and busy hotspots throughout the country.

• You proactively approach dog owners with a big smile.

• You share the story behind Butternut Box and advise on the best menu for their four-legged friend.

• Your smooth conversational skills and enthusiasm ensure that owners switch to our fresh meals on the spot.

• You quickly develop your sales skills within an ambitious team.

Our events usually take place during the weekend (Friday to Sunday). What your ideal schedule looks like? We will determine that together: at the very least, you will work 1x per week on the weekend, if you want more! This gives you enough time for, for example, studies, sports, or spending time with friends! Do you want to run multiple shifts per week for a while? No problem: the greater your availability, the more shifts you can take and the faster you will earn your bonuses. Shifts last between 7-10 hours.

• Excellent earnings: A guaranteed all-in base hourly wage of € 17.58 (all in: + holiday allowance) + unlimited commissions. You earn an average of €230+ per shift (of 8 hours).

• Maximum flexibility & free time: Plan your working days extremely flexibly based on YOUR schedule (minimum 1 day per week from Friday to Sunday). This allows you to maintain the perfect balance with your studies or other obligations.

• Training and development: You will receive sales training from our experienced sales trainer, through which you will take your people and sales skills to an even higher level: that will also benefit you later on!

• Extra bonus: Up to a € 500 bonus when you provide new team members. Because what is more fun than working with your friends?

• Growth opportunities: We are growing fast and you can grow with us. Previously, our sales toppers moved on to roles such as shift supervisor, event manager, and sales manager.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language and in possession of a Dutch work permit.

• Sales experience (plus): Experience in field, event, or other types of sales is a plus, but we also invest in your development!

• Result-oriented: Targets motivate you, you like to work towards goals and enjoy some mutual competition.

• Dog lover: You are crazy about dogs and love talking about them with their owners.
