Are you ready for the next step in your retail career? Do you want to work in the largest and best-performing JACK&JONES store in the world? As a Supervisor at JACK&JONES Outlet Roermond, you are an example on the shop floor, you coach your colleagues, and you play an important role in the daily leadership of a team of approximately 50 colleagues. Together with the Store Manager, you ensure an optimal customer experience, strong commercial results, and an energetic working atmosphere. With us, you will get the space to further develop yourself as a leader and make an impact in a dynamic retail environment. Together we OWN IT.

What you'll do

You start the day together with the team and ensure a clear division of tasks. You are visibly present on the shop floor, coaching colleagues and supporting them where necessary. You motivate the team to get the best out of themselves and ensure that our customers enjoy a great shopping experience.

Together with the Store Manager, you keep an eye on store performance, analyze KPIs, and actively respond to commercial opportunities. You take initiative in the daily operation, maintain an overview during busy moments, and ensure that the store always looks representative. No two days are the same in the number one turnover store of JACK&JONES Netherlands.
